The Tigers Lair opened in March 2003 through funding from the Tigers Co-operative supporters' association and was run as a members club. It hosted occasional functions for City fans and has Tigers decorations inside. After ongoing financial difficulties it was bought out in 2007 and renamed "The Lair" by the new management. It is no longer a members club so fans do not have to pay a subscription or entry fee on matchdays.

There is a Sports Bar with two pool tables, a big screen and several smaller TV's, and a Lounge at the other end of the room, where food is served. There is also a Concert Room which seats around 150 people and has regular live cabaret.
