Amoo, 19, has made three substitute appearances for Nigel Pearson's side since arriving earlier this month from Liverpool on loan until the end of the season. He moved to Anfield from local club Millwall as a 16-year-old in 2007.
Amoo, who represented London as a sprinter at the English Schools' Championships, said: "I'm absolutely desperate to be involved against Millwall.
"I was brought up in Bermondsey so they have been my local club since childhood and having obviously played for them as well makes it even more special.
"I'd love to have a really good game against them and to help us gain another valuable three points in the run-in.
"There are eight games left and we are only four points off sixth place. The Championship is a very competitive league and you never know what might happen, so we have to continue to push on."
