After beating Darlington on the opening day of the season at the KC Stadium, City have lost at Wigan (2-0 in the Carling Cup) and Oxford (2-1 on Saturday). This has prompted the Tigers manager to have a rethink about his side, and admits he is "concerned" about defensive frailties.
He said: "If you asked me whether I'd be happy to select the team which played at Oxford for our next match at home to Cheltenham on Saturday then the answer would be a definite yes.
Change In Order
"But having had time to reflect on Oxford, it's also fair to ask whether we can continue playing Stuart Green and Stuart Elliott together in our away games."
Elliott has been substituted in all three games this season, and midfielder Dean Keates could be in line for his first start.
Taylor revealed: "There are several options, if we decide to change things. Dean is probably the best one at the moment and he's probably been unlucky."
Defenders Damien Delaney and Richard Hinds could also play a central midfield role, while Andy Dawson and Richie Appleby will offer Taylor further options when they return to full fitness.
