City At Full Strength

The City boss welcomes back captain Ian Ashbee from suspension and Dean Marney from injury, both of whom join David Livermore, Ray Parlour and John Welsh in competing for a place in midfield. Danny Coles is expected to drop out after filling in in their absence in City's last game at Derby 10 days ago.

Brown must choose between Jon Parkin, returning to his hometown club, and Dean Windass to start up front alongside Steve McPhee and Nicky Forster.
