He said: "This is the last of three games in a five day spell and we won't be doing anything different in terms of selections.
"It is the final time that we'll use the two team approach and tonight the side that played in the second half at Bradford will be put out there in the first 45 minutes."
Steve Burton, Scott Kerr, Gary Bradshaw and Richie Appleby will be missing tonight, but Ian Ashbee, Staurt Green, Mike Price and Neil Mann are all expected to play. Youth Team forwards Clayton Donaldson and Jamie Heard will also be in the squad.
Molby admits that City are lacking in cover in attack, but does not expect to make any signings in the near future.
He said: "In an ideal world, it would be nice to bring in another striker, just in case anything goes wrong with the front lads.
"We do have cover in Gary [Bradshaw] and he's a young lad with an exciting career ahead of him. Because of the system we're going to adopt, players like Ryan Williams can also fill one of the wide positions up front. There are one or two other options so we're okay and I'm very happy with the squad.
"At full strength there's no doubt we'll have one of the best forwards lines in the division. Gary and Lawrie did well last season and the signings we've made during the summer can only help them."
Possible line-ups (4-3-3):
First half: Musselwhite; Petty, Whittle, Wicks, Peat; Price, Greaves, Mann; Heard, Donaldson, Holt.
Second half: Glennon; Edwards, Anderson, Strong, Smith; Green, Ashbee, Williams; Dudfield, Alexander, Elliott.
