The 21-year-old defender will be out for one match after accumulating his 5th yellow card of the season last night. He earlier found his way into the book twice in September and twice in November.
He was cautioned last night for a foul on Carlisle's Jonny Allan early in the second half.
He will probably miss the re-arranged local derby at York City on Tuesday 29th January.
He has only just returned from a three-match ban after being sent off at Scunthorpe a month ago.
