The first away trip of the season will be to Oxford the following Saturday, with the League Cup First Round sandwiched between the two fixtures on Wednesday 13th.
City will go to the McAlpine Stadium on 15th November to meet newly relegated Huddersfield Town.
The local derby at Scunthorpe is on Saturday 13th December, while for the third season running there is a Christmas-time trip to Bootham Crescent, taking on York on Boxing Day.
The return fixture with Scunthorpe is on Saturday 13th March when the KC Stadium plays host to the Tigers-Iron derby for the first time.
The last away game of the season is at Conference champions Yeovil Town on Saturday 1st May, while the campaign comes to an end when Bristol Rovers visit a week later.
