Molby Admits Appleby Interest

Molby has previously signed the midfielder for Swansea and when he was first at Kidderminster, and also brought him to Hull during his short reign here.

But he has made only a handful of appearances in a Tigers shirt, and has been absent all season with 'mystery' injuries.

Harriers boss Molby, however, would be happy to have his star man back amongst his ranks.

He said: "A fit Richie Appleby would grace any side but at the moment he's a Hull City player. He would be an asset to any side so if he were fit and available I would be interested."

City would presumably be more than happy to get the player off their already over-budjet payroll, especially after such a poor return from him.
