Myhill is behind the same back four that beat Norwich on Saturday.

Stuart Elliott is the other player retained by Phil Brown, with David Livermore, Bryan Hughes and Nicky Featherstone joining him in midfield.

Michael Bridges, who impressed after replacing the injured Nick Barmby on Saturday, starts alongside Stephen McPhee up front.

There's no place for Henrik Pedersen, who was tipped to make his debut after recovering from injury.
