Chosen over the Tigers' goalkeeper Boaz Myhill is Wayne Hennessy of Wolves.

The four defenders are Bradley Orr (Bristol City), Ryan Shawcross (Stoke), Dan Shittu (Watford) and Paul Robinson (West Brom).

Midfielders Brian Howard (Barnsley), Marvin Elliott (Bristol City), Liam Lawrence (Stoke) and Jonathan Greening (West Brom) and forwards Ricardo Fuller (Stoke) and Kevin Phillips (West Brom) make up the rest of the eleven.
