Rogers has been taken on trial with a view to a move, and Forest's official site reports that a loan deal has been agreed.
The 29-year-old left-back was transfer listed at the start of the season and is yet to make an appearance this term.

The 5'10" Liverpool-born defender began his career as a Tranmere trainee. He played over 50 games in two years before joining Nottingham Forest for £2million in 1997. He was a first team regular in their 97/98 Division One title winning season, and made a total of 135 league starts before being signed by Peter Taylor at Leicester for £300,000 in 2001. He returned to the City Ground in February 2004, starting 32 league games before falling out of favour this season.
