Seat Issue NOT Resolved

The Council are refusing to pay for any alterations to the seating design, which is currently 80% black, 16% white and just 4% amber. Should the seats be changed, alternative funding must be found.

Any changes would also delay building work, which is already looking doubtful to be completed by the end of the year.

Meanwhile, there has been talk of purchasing a large Hull City banner to cover the seats in the usually unused upper tier of the West Stand.
