With Ian Ashbee out for the season and Richie Appleby still struggling with an ankle injury, Taylor has no obvious replacement for the midfielder. Damien Delaney could be used as a makeshift midfielder again, while Lee Philpott, Nathan Peat or Russell Fry could be promoted from the reserves.
Forward Jon Walters is another potential doubt. He took a knock to his knee, and so if he does not make it either Phil Jevons or Clayton Donaldson will get their chance to show what they can do. However, it is hoped that the Bolton loanee will be fit to play.
