Taylor watched from the stands as Billy Russell managed City to a 3-0 win over high-flying Rochdale, and liked what he saw.

He said after the match: "There were a lot of positives to come out of the performance and I'm pleased for Billy Russell as he has worked hard with them during the latter part of the week.
"It could have been more than 3-0 but we're very happy with that as we created plenty of chances and defended well.
"The trick now is to carry that forward to the Torquay game next weekend and try to keep climbing up the table."

Russell added: "It was a fantastic result for the club and the players worked really hard for it."
