'Deano' joined the Teeside club a year ago, but has failed to make new boss Steve McClaren's plans this season.
He went on a short loan spell to Sheffield Wednesday in December, and was also linked with a move back to Hull.
However, Tigers chairman Adam Pearson has ruled out any new signings ahead of tomorrow's transfer deadline.
"I can't see us bringing in any other players tomorrow and I'm happy with the way that Billy Russell has got the lads playing.
"We may not have won too many games, but the spirit is there and with a bit of luck we could have won our last few matches."
