He was sent off in the 27th minute of their 1-1 draw at Leyton Orient last week for an off-the-ball incident with O's defender John Mackie. It's now been confirmed that it was for voilent conduct, so he will miss their games against Scunthorpe United, Northampton Town and Hull City.
Fellow striker Andy Booth was also sent off in the match after being booked twice. He will just miss the Scunthorpe game.
Terriers manager Peter Jackson described the referee's decision not to reconsider the verdict as "appalling."
